Our service philosophy:Customer is always right. To serve customer's sincerely and obtain customer's 100% satisfactory is our goal.

Guarantee to send service staff to pay a visit to customers within 3 working days in case troubleshooting fails through phone for domestic customers. For overseas customers, the problem shall be solved by calling or email and the required parts shall be sent to customer by express mail.

The servicing record sheet shall be prepared after servicing affixed with customer's opinions.Tidy the servicing site,request the confirmation of customer for power- on test and tell user about operation notes and pseudo-trouble solving measures after the servicing.

The servicing staff shall: don't drink customer's water, don't smoke customer's cigarette, don't eat customer's food, don't receive customer's gift. Four donts.

Contact the customers in advance prior to visiting the customer and present your job certificate(a visiting card) initiatively. Replace with the servicing overshoe upon arriving the customer's facility. The servicing site shall maintain clean during the servicing.

Upon the completion of an after-sales service, the service staff shall conduct a thorough inspection and maintenance for the product, initiatively give answer to requirements and suggestions raised by users, take it down and contact our after- sales department to satisfy customer's demand in case you fail to solve the problem immediately.
