We employed the Toyota Production System(TPS) in 2003and obtained ISO9001 certification. Starting from the training,we took many measures to ensure quality control, such as establishing job capability criterion to facilitate the enrollment, cultivation and selection of proper candidate to relevant post.

Prepare short-term and middle/long term employee training program. Make all the employee be aware, through pre-job or on-the-job training , that production quality is not only the responsibility of production department but closely related to each member of the company.

In the production area, those ideas are highly upheld: every worker being involved in, each worker being an inspector. Preceding procedure is the customer of succeeding procedure.
